🛠️ Server & Service Rules

• No Replication or Cloning
  Copying or mimicking any part of our server—its UI/UX design, bot features, commands, message formats, emojis, or terminology—is strictly forbidden. Offenders will be banned and publicly exposed.
• Service at Our Discretion
  We reserve the unilateral right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user at any time, without explanation or prior notice.
• Zero Tolerance for Manipulation
  Any attempt to bait, manipulate, or deceive staff—such as filing false reports, staging disputes, or “drama bait”—will result in immediate loss of access and a permanent ban.
• Impersonation Prohibited
  Do not impersonate staff, admins, bots, or other users. Using anyone’s credentials or commands without authorization will incur swift disciplinary action.
• Confidentiality & Privacy
  Do not share private channels, audit logs, internal discussions, or staff-only resources outside the server. Unauthorized disclosures will lead to suspension and potential legal consequences.
• Approved Integrations Only
  Only staff‑authorized bots, scripts, or integrations may be used. Installing or running unapproved automations, scraping tools, or exploits is forbidden and will be removed.
• Security & Vulnerability Reporting
  If you discover a bug or security issue, report it privately via a support ticket. Public disclosure or exploit attempts without consent may result in legal action.
• Announcements & Maintenance Updates
  Server updates, maintenance windows, and downtime notifications will be posted in #announcements. Do not DM staff for status inquiries.
• Respect Channel Scope
  Use each channel only for its intended purpose. Off‑topic posts, spam, or derailment of discussions may lead to muted permissions or channel bans.

->Punishment & Violation

• Verbal Warning
  – Issued for first‑time or minor infractions (e.g., off‑topic posts, minor etiquette slips).
• Temporary Restrictions
  – Mute from chat channels or loss of posting privileges for 24–72 hours for repeated minor offenses or medium‑severity breaches (e.g., unsolicited DMs, light spam).
• Suspension
  – Temporary ban from the server (3–7 days) for serious rule violations, including:
    • Continued harassment or toxic behavior after warning
    • Attempting to manipulate staff or game the dispute process
    • Unauthorized copying or cloning of server assets
• Permanent Ban
  – Immediate, irrevocable removal for the most severe offenses, such as:
    • Doxxing, threats of hacking, or leaking private information
    • Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or financial scams
    • Impersonation of staff, admins, or bots
    • Public exposure of internal discussions or audit logs
• Blacklist from Marketplace
  – Loss of all selling privileges, escrow access, and promotional rights. Blacklisted users cannot create new listings or participate in transactions.
• Escalation & Legal Referral
  – Cases involving illegal activities (e.g., distributing malware, facilitating illicit trade, severe harassment) will be documented and referred to law enforcement or payment networks as required.
• Public Disclosure
  – In instances of major fraud or repeated violations, the offender’s username and offense summary may be posted in the server’s #offenses log for community awareness.
• Appeals Process
  – If you believe a punishment was issued in error, submit an appeal via a support ticket within 24 hours. Appeals will be reviewed by senior staff; decisions are final.

• Discretionary Enforcement
  Staff have full, real‑time authority to impose any form of punishment they deem necessary—from warnings and mutes to blacklists and bans—based solely on their judgment.
• No Requirement for Explanation
  We are not obligated to provide a justification or detailed reasoning for any action taken.
• Immediate Blacklisting & Banning
  Even minor infractions may result in instant blacklisting or removal from the server at staff discretion.
• Private Server Policy
  This server and its services operate under private terms. We are not accountable to external parties or platforms for our enforcement decisions.
• Buyer Protection Measures
  To safeguard buyers, staff may enact severe sanctions at any time, without prior notice.
• Finality of Decisions
  All staff actions are final. Appeals are not guaranteed, and service termination may occur without recourse.
