🔧 General Usage

Non‑transferable Slots: You may not sell, gift, or assign your slot to anyone else.
No Alternate Accounts: Creating or using “alt” accounts to acquire extra slots or evade bans is forbidden.
Blacklist Restriction: Blacklisted users are ineligible to purchase or retain slots.
Final Payments: All slot fees are final—no refunds under any circumstance.
Underpayment Policy: Slots will be adjusted proportionally to the amount paid, and remain suspended until any outstanding balance is cleared.
Rejoin Requirement: Exiting the server without rejoining within 48 hours automatically forfeits your slot.

🔒 Enforcement & Penalties
Possible Sanctions:
- Slot revocation
- Monetary fines
- Downgrades or temporary suspensions
- Blacklisting from Safetown and its affiliates
Staff Authority:
Staff may impose any penalty—without notice or explanation—on users exhibiting suspicious, abusive, or rule‑breaking behavior.

🤝 Deal Terms & Middleman (MM) Usage

MM Always Available: Buyers may request a middleman for any transaction; sellers must comply.
No Exemptions: “Auto‑buy only” or low‑value excuses are not valid reasons to skip MM.
Immediate Penalties: Refusing Safetown’s Auto MM or ScammerAlert service incurs instant sanctions.

🚨 Anti‑Scam & Blacklists

Zero Tolerance: Scamming or collaborating with scammers results in immediate slot revocation.
Affiliate Enforcement: Being flagged “Deal With Caution” or banned in a trusted affiliate server can cost you your slot—regardless of dispute resolution.
Overstocking & Misadvertising: Overproducing, overselling, misadvertising, or listing more keys than you have in stock is strictly prohibited. Any such activity may result in immediate slot revocation without warning.

🛡️ Reports & Investigations

Report Freeze: Any open report will suspend your slot’s visibility and activity.
12‑Hour Response: You have 12 hours to address a report; failure to respond triggers automatically revokes your slot.
Multiple Reports Risk: Accumulating three valid reports—even if overturned later—puts your slot at risk of removal.
