• Duration & Perks
  All partner benefits apply only while our collaboration is active. We may suspend or end the partnership at any time.
• Trust & Termination
  Breaches of confidence or failure to uphold agreed standards can result in immediate blacklisting and other sanctions.
• No Dispute Liability
  Safetown is not responsible for any disputes you incur with clients, vendors, or third parties.
• Honesty & Transparency
  Misleading representations or exploiting loopholes in our agreement will trigger enforcement measures.
• Compliance & Conduct
  You must abide by all Safetown server and service rules, and never promote or facilitate illegal activities.
• Non‑Interference
  You may not tamper with or disrupt Safetown’s internal operations, systems, or staff processes.
• Reputation Protection
  Public defamation, false statements, or derogatory remarks about Safetown, its team, or its partners are strictly prohibited.
• Confidentiality
  All non‑public information shared during our partnership must remain confidential and used only for approved purposes.
• Reporting & Accountability
  You agree to fulfill any performance commitments and submit agreed‑upon reports on time.
• Intellectual Property
  All Safetown trademarks, logos, code, and proprietary materials remain our exclusive property; any use requires prior approval.
