• Accepted Payment Methods
• • All major cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, etc.) via our official address only.
  • PayPal (Friends & Family only – Goods & Services are not supported). No notes, descriptions, or memo fields permitted.
• Transaction Processing & Fees
• • Crypto payments require network confirmations (typically 3–6 blocks) before your slot is secured.
  • Buyers cover any blockchain or PayPal fees; Safetown does not absorb third‑party transaction costs.
  • Service fees (if any) are disclosed at checkout and are final once the order is placed.
• Refund Eligibility & Procedure
• • No refunds will be issued unless Safetown is at fault (e.g., duplicate charges, system errors, or undelivered content due to our platform malfunction).
  • To request a refund for an eligible issue, open a support ticket within 24 hours of purchase. Provide your order ID, transaction hash (for crypto), or PayPal receipt [ issue at our end ].
  • All refund decisions are at Safetown’s discretion and will be processed within 5 business days if approved.
• Price Finality & Conduct
• • Listed prices are absolute. Attempts to negotiate, beg, or guilt‑trip staff or other users over pricing will result in a warning or immediate ban.
  • Any form of harassment, intimidation, or retaliation against staff or customers over payment issues is strictly forbidden.
• Chargebacks & Fraud
• • Chargebacks, disputed payments, or any attempt at fraudulent reversal will trigger:
  • 1. Automatic blacklisting of your account.
    2. Reporting to relevant payment networks and, if applicable, crypto‑exchange fraud teams.
    3. Potential legal action in cases of severe fraud.
• Cancellations & Modifications
• • Once paid, no cancellations can be made unless we failed to deliver the respective product.
  • If you underpay for the desired product then we don't offer any type of refund, rather you need to pay us the required amount to get your product.
• Tax & Compliance
• • Buyers and sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or reporting obligations in their jurisdictions.
  • Safetown does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf.
• Prohibited Activities
• • Selling illegal goods/services, pirated or copyrighted content without permission, or any content banned by law.
  • Attempting to manipulate exchange rates, exploit vulnerabilities in our payment system, or use stolen payment credentials.

By completing a purchase on Safetown, you agree to abide by these rules. Violations may result in temporary suspension, permanent ban, or slot revoke.
