• Advertising Restrictions
• • No unsolicited advertising on other Discord servers, Telegram channels, social media, or any external site via our server channels.
  • Do not post invite links, referral codes, or promotional banners in our server channels.
  • Spamming mass‑mentions or @everyone/@here for promotions is strictly prohibited.
• Verified Sellers Only
• • Only users with a verified “slot holder” status may offer services or list products for sale.
  • To become verified, complete our onboarding and identity‑verification process.
• No DM‑Based Solicitation
• • Directly messaging members to pitch services, divert tickets, or funnel users to external platforms is forbidden.
  • All offers must be made in the designated slot channels only.
• External Redirects Banned
• • You may not redirect users to your own Discord server, Telegram, website, or any other third‑party platform for sales or support.
  • Violations will lead to immediate suspension of selling privileges and potential server ban.
• Giveaway & Rewards
• • Giveaway Rewards: All giveaway rewards for events must be claimed within one hour of the event's conclusion, unless the host decides otherwise. These rewards are a thank-you to our community, not a guaranteed obligation. The host reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards at any time without prior notice. Failure to claim within the one-hour window may result in forfeiture.
  • Non-Transferable Rewards: Rewards are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or assigned to any other individual under any circumstances.
  • Requirements: Rewards are only given if the requirements are fulfilled, which may be specified during the giveaway or event creation, or even after the giveaway has been created or ended, at the host’s discretion.
  • Eligibility Verification: Participants must provide valid proof of eligibility, as determined by the host, to claim rewards. Failure to meet verification requirements may result in disqualification.
• Affiliate & Referral Links
• • Affiliate or referral links are only allowed if pre‑approved by Safetown staff and confined to the affiliate‑program channel.
  • Any undisclosed or deceptive use of referral links will result in penalties.
• Transparency & Disclosure
• • All listings must clearly state pricing, deliverables, and any additional fees up front.
  • Your terms of service should not contradict your way of advertisement. This includes selling a product for 30 days offering 7 days warranty on it, which makes no sense.
• Prohibited Promotions
• • No pyramid schemes, MLM solicitations, or get‑rich‑quick scams.
  • Illegal content—pirated software, unauthorized copyrighted material, or illicit services—is strictly forbidden.
• Compliance & Conduct
• • Adhere to Discord’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws in your promotions.
  • Harassment, threats, or intimidation used to coerce sales or persuade users is zero‑tolerance.
• Consequences
• • First offense: formal warning and temporary mute from promotion channels.
  • Repeat violations: loss of verification, removal of selling privileges, and permanent ban.

By participating in Safetown’s marketplace, you agree to follow these rules. Failure to comply jeopardizes your account and the safety of our community.
