Server & Service Rules

🛠️ Server & Service Rules

  • No Cloning or Copying
Replicating any aspect of our server—its UI/UX design, bot commands, message formatting, emojis, or terminology—is prohibited. Offenders will be permanently banned and publicly exposed.
  • Service at Our Discretion
We reserve the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user at any time, without explanation or prior notice.
  • Zero Tolerance for Manipulation
Any attempt to bait, manipulate, or deceive staff— including false reports, staged disputes, or “drama bait”—will result in immediate loss of access and a permanent ban.
  • Impersonation & Unauthorized Access
Impersonating staff, admins, bots, or other users is strictly forbidden. Do not share or misuse permissioned commands, audit logs, or private channels. Violations incur immediate suspension.
  • Security & Vulnerability Disclosure
If you discover a security flaw or bug in our systems, report it privately via a support ticket. Public disclosure, exploit attempts, or proof‑of‑concept demos without authorization will lead to legal action.
  • Approved Bot & Automation Usage
Only staff‑approved bots and integrations may be added or used. Scripting, auto‑clickers, or scraping tools are prohibited and will be removed along with their operators.
  • Confidentiality of Internal Communications
Do not share screenshots, transcripts, download links, or any private discussions outside the server without explicit staff approval. Breaches will face disciplinary measures.
  • Maintenance & Downtime Notifications
Scheduled maintenance windows, downtime, or updates will be announced in advance. Do not DM staff for status updates—refer to #announcements for real‑time information.
  • Feedback & Feature Requests
Submit all feedback, suggestions, or bug reports through the #feedback channel or via our support ticket system. Public bickering over platform decisions is discouraged.
  • Compliance & Enforcement
All users must abide by these rules, as well as Discord’s Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Repeated or severe infractions may result in warnings, mutes, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
