  • No Unsolicited DM Promotions: Pitching services via direct messages or steering users to external servers (Discord, Telegram, websites) is strictly prohibited.
  • Server Invite Sharing: You may only share your server link when a buyer explicitly requests it—no proactive posting.
  • Clean Previews: Remove or blur all external links in your product samples.
  • Honest Content: Present only original, approved material; using stolen, AI‑generated, or deceptive previews without clear disclosure is forbidden.

🧩 Slot Positioning

  • Dynamic Placement: Higher‑tier slots receive more prominent placement, but all positions remain subject to change at staff discretion.

🔁 Slot Recovery & Migration

  • Rejoin Window: After any migration, you must rejoin via our backup link 7 days or your slot will be revoked.
  • Transfer Requirements: To transfer a slot, submit either your original TicketTool transcript or your unique slot recovery key.
  • Loss Of Transcript: Loss of transcript means you can no more access your slot unless our support team agree upon certain requirements.
  • Loss Of Key: $5 for lifetime slots, $10 for positioned/Category 1 slots; $2/3 key loss fee applies to weekly and monthly slots respectively.

🛒 Autobuy Policy

  • Instant Fulfillment: All autobuy integrations must guarantee immediate delivery upon purchase.
  • No Stock Misrepresentation: Claims like “DM to receive” or bait‑and‑switch tactics are strictly banned.
  • Accurate Listings: Any false availability or misleading previews will result in immediate slot revocation.

🔔 Ping & Activity Rules

  • Daily Reset: Ping allowances reset each day at 12 AM GMT.
  • Respect Your Limits: Exceeding your ping quota or misusing mentions (e.g., @everyone/@here) triggers automatic restrictions.
  • No Spamming: Flooding channels with duplicate messages or remaining inactive for more than 3 days without valid reason risks slot loss.
  • Inactivity: Staying inactive on your slot for 7 days means direct revoke of your slot.

🧠 Transparency & Quality

  • Clear Listings: Disclose all product details, pricing, and deliverables up front.
  • No False Advertising: Upselling tactics or misleading claims are not allowed.
  • Proof Retention: Keep records of all transactions (e.g., ticket transcripts) for verification.

✅ Final Provisions

  • Binding Agreement: Purchasing a slot signifies your acceptance of these guidelines.
  • Rule Updates: These rules may change at any time; major revisions may include a 24‑hour grace period.
  • Final Authority: All staff decisions regarding placement, enforcement, or revocation are conclusive and not subject to external appeal.
